Kinstories Terms of Use

Account

• Kinstories is for people aged 16 and over.
• The account is tied to an email address. Don't share access to your email or sign-in codes with others.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Circle content

• Everything you add remains yours and your family's: we use it only to make the service work.
• Add about other people only what you may show to the circle members, and respect their privacy.
• Don't post illegal, offensive or someone else's content without the right to it, don't send spam and don't disrupt the service.
• We may hide content or block an account if these rules are broken.

Circles and roles

The circle owner manages members and settings and can transfer ownership to another member. Members see everything in the circle.

The service “as is”

Kinstories is free right now. We do our best to keep it stable and the data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. A reminder may not arrive — don't rely on Kinstories as the only tool for critical matters.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the service.

Changes and termination

We may change the service and these terms; we'll announce important changes in advance. You can export your data and delete the account at any time. If we shut down the service, we'll warn you in advance and give you time to export your data.
